Nomad Drive Water Jugs: Drink & Transfer Water

Drink from a water container and transfer water between jugs without confusing transfer with a new water supply.

THE SHORT ANSWER

Hold a water-filled Bucket and use E Drink. To move water between jugs, aim at the receiving jug and use E Transfer after checking the arrow. The source jug loses the water you transfer.

Drink from a water container

Use a container that already contains Water. In the bucket example, holding it displays E Drink; using that action completes the drinking objective.

Check the liquid label before using any container. A fuel can and a water jug serve different purposes.

Transfer water between jugs

  1. Hold a Water Jug that has water in it.
  2. Aim at the jug you want to fill.
  3. Check the panel: the arrow should point from the source to the receiving jug.
  4. Use E Transfer.
  5. Read both amounts afterwards. The source should decrease as the receiving jug increases.

In one transfer, the two amounts change from 4.77 / 0.92 litres to 4.54 / 1.15 litres. Around 0.23 litres moves between them; no extra water is created.

Does transferring refill both jugs?

No. Transfer redistributes the water you already have. An empty jug still needs a supply containing water; aiming one empty container at another is not a renewable water source.

Plan around the water already inside your containers. This transfer method does not provide an unlimited or renewable supply.

Water for the radiator

A water-filled Bucket or Water Jug can also be used for the starter camper’s Radiator with E Transfer. Keep that vehicle action separate from E Drink. See the starter RV guide for the engine-bay setup.
